Professional Utility Services conducts free training programs for first responders on properly handling natural gas and carbon monoxide emergencies in Western New York and portions of Northern Pennsylvania. The programs are sponsored by National Fuel and only available to entities located within the company’s territory.
The live presentation features practical demonstrations and videos to instruct participants in the properties and characteristics of natural gas. In addition, information concerning proper response to a variety of natural gas emergency situations is provided, and we have included a section on carbon monoxide responses and detectors.
The two-hour session can be modified to meet special needs or concerns. Arrangements can be made for daytime and/or evening programs.
